Textile Black Masterbatch is an essential color concentrate specially engineered for the melt spinning of synthetic fibers and filament yarns. Formulated with high-jetness nano-grade Carbon Black pigments and specialized dispersion additives, it ensures optimal jetness, brilliant color uniformity, and smooth processing through melt spinning packs.
Using black masterbatch for dope dyeing (spin dyeing) eliminates traditional water-intensive yarn dyeing processes, significantly cutting down water and energy consumption while yielding superior wash and light fastness.
