Spin Dyeing Color Masterbatch
Custom color masterbatches for dope/spin dyeing of polyester, polypropylene, and polyamide fibers with superior light and wash fastness.

Spin Dyeing Color Masterbatch
Textile Color Masterbatches are engineered color concentrates manufactured using high-grade organic, inorganic, and solvent dyes dispersed in specialized carrier polymers (PET, PP, PA6). They are designed for Dope Dyeing (Spin Dyeing) of synthetic fibers and filament yarns, providing an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional wet yarn dyeing.
By incorporating color directly into the polymer melt prior to extrusion, spinnerets produce yarns with vibrant shades, excellent shade-to-shade batch consistency, and zero water pollution.
Key Performance Advantages
- Custom Color Matching: Tailor-made color formulations accurately matched to Pantone standards or customer physical yarn swatches.
- Superior Light & Thermal Fastness: High lightfastness ratings (6 to 8 Blue Wool Scale) and heat resistance up to 300°C suitable for high-speed spinning.
- Excellent Filterability & Spinability: Ultra-fine pigment particle dispersion ensuring low pressure filter values (DFP) and minimal filament breakage.
- High Wash & Friction Fastness: Outstanding resistance to aggressive laundering, dry cleaning, sunlight exposure, and friction.
Key Applications
- Filament Yarns: Spin dyeing of PET and PA6 POY, DTY, FDY, and ATY yarns in rich shades (red, navy, green, yellow, brown, grey).
- Staple Fibers: Colored Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) and PP Staple Fiber for automotive carpets, felts, and needle-punched fabrics.
- PP BCF Carpet Yarns: Color concentrates for PP BCF carpet yarn extrusion for home carpets and rugs.
- Technical & Outdoor Textiles: UV-stable color masterbatches for awnings, webbing, luggage fabrics, and outdoor sportswear.
