Warping Wax Emulsion & Yarn Lubricant is a high-performance liquid wax dispersion designed to optimize yarn smooth passage during warping, beaming, and sizing operations. Applied during warping or added into sizing baths, it coats spun and continuous filament yarns with a microscopic lubricating film, drastically reducing yarn-to-metal and yarn-to-yarn dynamic friction coefficients.
Formulated with non-ionic refined paraffin waxes and anti-static emulsifiers, this additive prevents fiber fuzz buildup on tension guides and reed wires, ensuring uniform warp tension across the entire width of the beam.
